Thirty ANA artists displayed 51 pieces of wonderful art at Nadine Baum Studios in
November.  What a treat!  Visitors enjoyed the assortment of subjects - from the oil portrait
of "Lisa" by Eileen Baatz to the rousing "Twilights Last Gleaming", a pastel by John
Dillingham.  The variety of mediums used, attracted all to the spot on photography of Terry
Dushan and to the sun lit watercolor, "Riding in the Sun", by Rebecca Johnson.  At the
reception November 19th, the People's Choice Award went to Ken Kvamme (Yea, Ken!) for
his haunting oil study of a native "Afghan".  Congrats!  A great painting.  

Our thanks go to Carolyn Bailey (for artist registration and for goodies), Karolyn Farrell our
contact with Susan Hutchcroft of N.B.S., Judy Maurer (for artist registration and our official
goodie-sampler), Gloria Pendry (for artist registration and for reception treats, counting the
ballots and always - always willing to do more).  John Dillingham (for hanging the entire
show!), Victor Parkerson (for counting ballots) and Dottie Reddig (with helping hands),
Mary Collins (for artist registration and for reception eats) and Randi Hogan, our
granddaughter, who turned an ordinary shoe box into a flowered ballot box (yep, she's got
talent.)

Lastly, our special thanks to Co-Chairman, Rebecca Johnson, for your help and
suggestions and advice.  Whenever we had a question, we turned to you, Becky.  What a
peach!
